Working out of our Chapel Hill estate planning office, our support staff coordinate appointments, ensure necessary documents are in order, and communicate with clients in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and New York.
Jill Kilby, Legal Assistant & Office Manager
Jill A. Kilby received a Paralegal Associates Degree from Durham Technical Community College in 1991. She joined the TrustCounsel team in July 2005 and serves as the Estate Planning Assistant and Office Manager.
Peggy Kline, Legal Assistant
Peggy Kline brings more than 25 years of business experience to TrustCounsel where she has worked since 2011. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010 after graduating both the University of Cincinatti (A.A.S) and the University of Kentucky (B.A.). Peggy has worked in the social service and financial fields, and as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at IBM. She now uses her vast business experience to assist TrustCounsel's attorneys and clients as they navigate wills, estates and trust administration.
Terry Whitley Curro, Legal Assistant
Terry Whitley Curro began her career as a Legal Assistant when she was hired to work with Gregory Herman-Giddens in August 2000. In the summer of 2005, she left the firm to follow a call to ministry and returned to TrustCounsel in June 2010. Terry works closely with our attorneys in managing the details of Estate and Trust Administration for our clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University (1985) and has a broad base of professional experience, having also worked in health and human services, retreat ministry, and church administration.
