Thomas J. Neagle, JD, Of Counsel
Thomas Neagle is an Of Counsel estate planning and probate lawyer with the Chapel Hill office. Thomas also practices intellectual property, technology, corporate, and contract law, in addition to trust administration and guardianship matters. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2003, the Patent and Trademark Office in 2005, and became a Board-Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law (North Carolina) in 2010.
Thomas received his Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central School of Law (magna cum laude) and completed his undergraduate at University of Notre Dame. He also holds a masters in computer science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Thomas maintains memberships in a number of professional organizations, such as the Association for Computing Machinery, American Economic Association, and the American Association for Justice. Through his membership with the North Carolina Bar Association he participates with the Estates and Business Law Sections. He is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association. On a local level, he maintains membership in the Orange County Bar Association and the Judicial District 15-B.
